Job Description

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the organization, the Financial Controller will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the CEO and board of directors.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Oversee the accounting and auditing functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain effective financial systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Qualifications: Possess an accounting CPA designation and strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Abilities: Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
