Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at Global Insurance Agency (2007) Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
    • Monitor and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Investment and Risk Management
    • Design and manage investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
    • Monitor and analyze financial control systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
