This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain lasting relationships with major banners, leveraging advanced knowledge in commercial financing and strategic decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banners across various sectors, ensuring seamless execution of opportunities and maximizing revenue growth.
- Ensure the annual review of financing programs and sound risk management of the banner portfolio, driving business development and expansion.
- Guide business development surrounding the portfolio, advising regional leaders on opportunities and communicating existing franchise programs internally.
- Participate in team visibility and awareness activities, ensuring the satisfaction of franchisors within the portfolio and staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry, with seven years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with five years of experience, or university certificate with ten years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial finance, commercial banking products, and associated financing processes.
- Experience in business development, ideally with large companies, and ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, demonstrate creativity and innovation, and possess influential leadership and excellent team player skills.
