Product Art Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Art Manager to join our team at Pixel United. As a Product Art Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the art direction and production of our mobile games, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the art team in the development of new games and features, ensuring that they are on track to meet deadlines and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to ensure that art assets are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain art style guides and asset templates to ensure consistency across all games and features.
- Work closely with the art director to develop and implement art strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Manage and mentor junior art team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in art direction and production.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality art assets on time and to budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of art styles and trends, with the ability to adapt and evolve to meet changing market demands.
- Experience with art management tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Unity.
