Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. as a key member of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities, ensuring that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards meet our high expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all housekeeping practices adhere to health and safety standards, minimizing risks to staff and guests.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning practices and health and safety standards in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
