Position Overview

The Orthodontic Centre at Northland is seeking a dedicated User Support Technician to enhance our technical support team. This role is essential in ensuring our users receive the necessary assistance and training to navigate our systems effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
Work Environment
  • General office setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and training to users facing technical challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related inquiries.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of necessary software and hardware.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
