- Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related inquiries.
- Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of necessary software and hardware.
- Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and organizational abilities.
- Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
- Engagement in programs that assist newcomers and refugees.
