Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Natu'oil Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a team of 1 to 2 people. Public transportation is available.
Physical Demands:The Warehouse Supervisor will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
