About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at DPC Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Guide Warehouse Supervisors and Staff
  • Optimize Manpower, Equipment, and Resources
  • Solve Issues and Manage Labor Planning
  • Hire, Train, and Evaluate Warehouse Personnel
  • Drive Employee Engagement and Collaboration
  • Establish KPIs and Standardize Processes
  • Represent Business in Union Matters
  • Ensure Safety and Health Standards are Met
  • Manage Budgets and Costs
  • Implement and Track Warehouse KPIs
  • Foster Positive Workplace Culture and Change
  • Communicate Policies and Procedures
Requirements
  • Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge
  • 4+ Years Experience in Warehouse Operations Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel
  • Education in Logistics, Business, or Transportation Preferred
  • Continuous Improvement Experience
  • Food Safety Knowledge
  • Effective Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Self-Motivated and Proactive
  • Knowledge of Regulations, Safety Procedures, Financial Management, and More
