Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
* Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to achieve goals and objectives
* Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
* Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
* Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
* Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and operations
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
* Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
* Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
* Forklift Operator Certification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
