Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Ross Chocolates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.

Team Leadership

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work with warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

32 hours per week
