We are a reputable accounting firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Statistical Reporting: Prepare statistical reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
