We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Skylark Logistics Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising and training other workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Google Docs
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- MS Office
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
