Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Genesa Chartered Professional Accountants Corp.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, planning and administering accounting systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of accountants and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze clients' financial records and provide financial advice
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
