We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at HUSTEEL CANADA CO. LTD. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of accounting staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
