We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at HUSTEEL CANADA CO. LTD. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing guidance to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
