Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at HUSTEEL CANADA CO. LTD. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of accounting staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
