Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Genesa Chartered Professional Accountants Corp.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, planning and administering accounting systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 accountants
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
  • Analyze clients' financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Financial planning and accounting skills
  • Ability to work in a team and provide financial, business, and tax advice
