Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead our Business Development department for Broadband and Wireless services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within Broadband and Wireless to expand our business and increase profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Call on existing or prospective customers within the framework of our business development program, establishing relationships and discussing unmet needs, problems, or complaints.
  • Market Analysis: Represent the company in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new product lines, vendor solutions, and markets, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and start-ups in current and new business.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company in industry, civic, and community functions to further enhance our image and develop additional business.
  • Team Management: Select, manage, evaluate, and develop staff.
  • Performance Analysis: Compile and analyze statistics pertinent to the business development program, report results to senior management, and adjust programs as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10 years experience and training directly related to the position, including 10 years financial analysis, sales, and negotiation experience.
  • Skills: Strong business analysis and financial modeling skills, ability to analyze financial and operational data, statements, and projections.
