Job Summary

CBLUO is seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plastics manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities

Direct and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Units

Develop methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure seamless production.

Prepare Reports and Analyze Productivity

Prepare production and other reports to analyze productivity and recommend measures to improve efficiency and product quality.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plastics manufacturing or a related field.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Suitability

Organized, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
