Plastics Processing Operations Manager

CBLUO is seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plastics manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units, promoting a smooth and productive work environment.
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Set up machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
