Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, coordinating work activities, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Establish and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plastics processing or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
