Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

  • Respond to initial queries from clients regarding technical issues
  • Record interactions with clients
  • Utilize help desk software or ticket system to manage and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI and SAP systems
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills to resolve client issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Stay informed about company updates and changes
  • Research solutions using available resources and technical documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to second level support

Requirements:

  • Experience with EDI and SAP systems
  • Knowledge of SAP TM for Transportation and SAP OTC for Orders to Cash
  • Familiarity with AS2 communications, especially Cyclone
  • Proficiency in reading translation maps and identifying data errors using Inovis TLE or Mercator
