Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Synergy IT Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users on computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and security measures
