About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Western Financial Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming call queues, respond to customer inquiries, and optimize sales opportunities in each call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
  • Respond to customer inquiries, striving for one-touch resolution
  • Optimize sales opportunities in each call, prioritizing customer needs
  • Access information from online databases to complete customer transactions
  • Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
  • Adapt sales strategy based on call nature and customer priorities

Requirements

  • Level 1 General Insurance License (training and support provided if unlicensed)
  • Passionate about customer service
  • 2-3 years in sales or customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Professional experience building rapport with customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience
  • Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
  • Previous insurance experience preferred
  • Adept in retrieving customer data efficiently
  • Recent post-secondary or vocational training

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $67,000
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
  • Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm PST, and Saturdays, 9am-5pm PST
