**About the Role**
The Director, Solutions Delivery is a key member of the Scotiabank team, responsible for leading the development and delivery of solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead high-performing delivery teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution delivery, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in leading delivery teams and developing solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Experience with solution delivery methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with solution delivery.
