Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in trauma-informed care and experience working with clients who have complex mental health and substance use challenges. You will be responsible for providing direct care services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with our interprofessional team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care services to clients with complex mental health and substance use challenges
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our interprofessional team
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive health services
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Two years' recent experience providing trauma-informed care in a mental health or substance use setting
- Successful completion of Occupational First Aid II (OFA II)
