- Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices, with a passion for driving positive impact and growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
