HR Administrator

The HR/Payroll Coordinator works collaboratively within the HR team, with responsibility for HR/Payroll administration, HR programs support, as well as specialist responsibility in the area of payroll and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR/Payroll administration requirements, including employee letters, payroll forms/inputs, organization charts, and role descriptions.
Manage and maintain HR/Payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including new employee check-ins and follow-ups.
Enter approved changes into benefit systems and payroll as required.
Support annual bonus payments and assist with the Year End payroll process.
Prepare reports from ADP Workforce Now to provide statistical information to HR.
Provide support with employee communication, recognition programs, and HR reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum two to three years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Year End payroll processes.
Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and Human Rights legislation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, with excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Results-oriented, with the ability to work well under deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions and priorities.
Working knowledge of MS Office software programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
