Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of hotel clerks, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel clerks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in our community. As a Hotel Operations Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to participate in government or community programs that support these individuals.
