Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anabella Dental.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing reports and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
  • Train staff in procedures and software
  • Complete insurance and claim forms
  • Maintain filing systems and order supplies
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas and take minutes
  • Order dental and office supplies
  • Invoice patients for dental services
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
