Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at emergiTEL Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide customer service to employees and management
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and human resources software
