Position Overview

MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Supervisor to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest quality of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule landscaping staff.
  • Organize and oversee the planting processes for various green spaces.
  • Develop work schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Plan and supervise grounds maintenance activities.
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for projects.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction tasks.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment

Candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
