Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at GDL Lawn And Snow Services Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of projects.
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, with regular exposure to physical demands such as handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, or kneeling.
