Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Brightview Landscapes Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features
  • Supervise and manage landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, including materials used and labour hours worked
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
