About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Assist in coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book reservations, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
