Job Title: Law Clerk

Bukhari Law Professional Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Law Clerk will provide administrative support to our lawyers and assist with various legal tasks, including drafting documents, conducting research, and preparing court materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing documents, making phone calls, and managing files.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on various legal topics and provide summaries and recommendations to our lawyers.
  • Court Materials: Prepare and organize court materials, including trial briefs, affidavits, and other documents.
  • Document Drafting: Draft and edit legal documents, including contracts, wills, and other agreements.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
  • File Management: Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a legal setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
