About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at Ishare Consulting Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard our network and data.
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in network administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
