Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of our personnel and assets.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security operations and procedures.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Be available to work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
