Job Summary

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team as a System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical administration, support, and maintenance of our on-prem SCCM environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, support, and patch the SCCM production and test environments.
  • Design, plan, manage, and implement group policies for an enterprise environment.
  • Design, plan, and manage Windows app packages, task sequences per workstation persona.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting related to SCCM environment.
  • Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and reports related to SCCM environment.
  • Deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines, and prevent configuration drift.
  • Manage, test, and deploy Microsoft updates (patch Tuesdays).
  • Troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain good documentation.
  • Provide assistance and mentorship as required.
  • Knowledge share/transfer.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and professional communication skills and be able to perform in a team environment. North American job experience is considered an asset for this role.

Working Conditions

The Resource will be required to work and be located on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional travel to support offices across the province will be required.
