Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and support the SCCM production and test environments
  • Design, plan, and implement group policies for an enterprise environment
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting related to SCCM environment
  • Deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines and prevent configuration drift
  • Troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain good documentation
  • Provide assistance and mentorship as required
