Grounds Maintenance Worker

Norse Landscapes Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Landscape Labourer. This position involves various tasks related to outdoor maintenance and landscaping.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required.
- Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
The work will primarily take place outdoors in various locations, focusing on landscape upkeep and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the construction of landscape features.
- Secure and tie plants as needed.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming of trees and plants.
- Mow lawns and maintain grass areas.
- Remove debris and litter from work sites.
- Transport and distribute topsoil and other materials.
- Install sod or sow seeds.
- Plant a variety of flora including bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers to promote plant health.
- Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Snow removal activities during winter months.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Handle heavy loads safely.
- Engage in physically demanding work.
- Exhibit manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination.
