About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at Norse Landscapes Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including construction, plant care, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist experienced landscapers with construction projects, including laying sod, seeding, and planting trees and flowers.
  • Plant Care and Maintenance: Water, prune, and trim trees and plants, as well as apply fertilizers to ensure healthy growth.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Cut grass, remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Assist with Snow Removal: Assist with snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks as required.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding role, and maintain a high level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Availability: Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
