Grounds Maintenance Worker

Norse Landscapes Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Landscape Labourer. This position involves various outdoor tasks that contribute to the beautification and maintenance of landscapes.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required.
- Experience: Training will be provided.
The role primarily takes place outdoors, in various locations where landscape maintenance is needed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the construction of landscapes.
- Secure and tie plants appropriately.
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
- Mow grass and maintain lawns.
- Remove debris and litter from work areas.
- Transport and distribute topsoil and other materials.
- Lay sod or sow seeds as required.
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers to enhance plant growth.
- Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Snow removal during winter months.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The role involves:
- Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- A combination of sitting, standing, and walking, along with bending, crouching, and kneeling.
