The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we're looking for a skilled Automotive Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers get the most out of our software.

The Role

As an Automotive Software Trainer, you'll be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS). This will involve leading virtual training sessions, providing on-the-phone support, and traveling to customer sites to deliver in-person training. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for our DMS software
  • Provide exceptional customer support and training to our customers
  • Travel to customer sites to deliver in-person training
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our software
  • Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or training role
  • Strong knowledge of dealership management software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month
