Key Responsibilities- Staff Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Information Management
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain digital databases to track employee information and company records.
- Financial Management
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of the company.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Office Administration
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support the company's financial operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Organized and accurate with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
