About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of recruiters while ensuring effective collaboration with the leadership of different internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing exceptional service to our clients.
  2. Professional Development: Ensure the professional development of team members through training and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and recruit candidates for strategic and high-importance positions, in alignment with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with different internal departments to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  5. Strategic Advice: Provide advice and recommendations to leadership on best recruitment practices and employment market trends to inform business decisions.
  6. Process Improvement: Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Candidate Experience: Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
  8. Analytics: Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Strategic Planning: Evaluate short-term and long-term recruitment needs and develop plans to proactively address them.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Experience: Over ten (10) years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within dynamic and competitive markets.
  3. Team Management: At least two years of experience in team management.
  4. Recruitment Expertise: Expertise in best recruitment practices and tools.
  5. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). Proficiency in English is required due to interactions with various CIMA+ offices across Canada.
  6. Customer Service: Strong sense of customer service and ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with an ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
  8. Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
  9. Teamwork: Team-oriented.
