About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of recruiters while ensuring effective collaboration with the leadership of different internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to manage projects aimed at developing and improving the processes and strategies of the talent acquisition department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Ensure the professional development of team members through training and constructive feedback.
  • Project Management: Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
  • Candidate Experience: Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
  • Recruitment Analysis: Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Evaluate short-term and long-term recruitment needs and develop plans to proactively address them.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Over ten (10) years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Team Management: At least two years of experience in team management.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). Proficiency in English is required due to interactions with various CIMA+ offices across Canada.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with an ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
