Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and budgetary activities of the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Coordination: Manage the organization's financial operations and budget activities.
  • Operational Evaluation: Assess daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, including reviewing financial reports for specific projects.
  • Staff Development: Train and motivate staff, establishing a culture of excellence.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Financial Monitoring: Oversee financial control systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and advise senior management on financial matters.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate projects and programs to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
