Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations at Optima Accounting & Business Services. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of our financial resources and optimizing our overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Coordination: Direct the organization's financial activities and budget processes to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
  • Operational Evaluation: Assess daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Develop and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Financial Monitoring: Oversee financial control systems and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Data Analysis: Supervise the collection and analysis of financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Reporting: Manage the preparation of financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
