We are in search of a vibrant and dedicated Director of People & Culture to become a key member of our leadership team. This essential position is centered on enhancing team satisfaction through innovative recruitment, acknowledgment, celebration, and remuneration strategies. The perfect candidate will possess a sincere enthusiasm for fostering happiness among individuals and may not necessarily have a conventional HR background.

Key Responsibilities

Team Satisfaction: Formulate and execute strategies to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Advocate for initiatives that improve employee contentment and well-being. Strategic Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process to attract, select, and retain exceptional talent. Ensure that our recruitment practices are inclusive and reflect our organizational culture and values. Acknowledgment & Celebration: Create and implement programs that recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments and milestones. Foster a culture of appreciation and ongoing recognition. Remuneration Strategies: Design and manage competitive compensation frameworks that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Culture Development: Spearhead initiatives to strengthen and evolve our organizational culture, ensuring it embodies our values and enhances the employee experience. Promote activities that build team unity and engagement. Employee Involvement: Facilitate our one-on-one strategy and conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess team member sentiment.
